Yourequal’s goal is to give a voice to employees from underrepresented groups by providing them with an employer-rating platform tailored to their needs.

For the last 12 months, we have been working hard to build this platform that will serve our community and enable all underrepresented and marginalised people to find a safe space to work. 

Our operation is entirely home-grown and womxn-led, with some incredible volunteers using their time and resources to help us reach our goals, and the three of us pouring our heart and soul into this project. Between setting up a legal entity, ensuring we have the right tools to create an amazing platform and the launch of our company website, we need help with our budget!

For the first time, we're asking you to support us by donating to our fundraiser, so we can bring this project to life! 

Our fundraising goal would cover our budget for another year - time we will use to release a beta version of our employer-rating platform, get feedback from you, our community, and secure independent funding to keep growing our platform and community.
